INTERNAL SUPPLY CHAIN

Garment creation: from design to production

Our production workflow

The production phase is not just when a garment takes shape — it’s the core of efficiency. Here, we optimize time, materials, and processes. Digital technologies allow us to monitor every step, ensure quality control, and transparently trace the entire supply chain, reducing errors and waste. Sustainability guides every choice: materials are managed responsibly, and each process is designed to lower environmental impact without compromising production performance.

The company supply chain

The production and manufacturing phase is a crucial stage in a garment’s life cycle and requires a precise, well-organized workflow.

It begins with pattern making, where digital and physical patterns are developed by carefully interpreting design specifications to ensure proper fit and proportions.

The prototyping stage then transforms the model into the first real sample, useful for testing materials, seams, and aesthetic performance. Finally, the creation of the sample collection allows the presentation of representative garments, subjected to rigorous quality and fitting checks before mass production - ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards in every finished piece.
