QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Quickly responds to common questions about processes, deadlines, file requirements, and compliance standards
Our answers
1What are the average times between prototype and production start-up?
For clothing, the timing depends on the arrival of the fabrics and the customer's choices. Each project is planned according to the availability of materials and the complexity of the garment.
2What is your average production quantity?
Our average production is about 300 garments per variant or color, with the possibility of managing both small runs for collection development and larger productions for the industrial phase.
3What file formats do you accept for graphics and patterns?
We accept DXF, MDL for modeling files; for PDF, Ai, PNG graphic files.
4How do you ensure color consistency between sample and production?
We use calibration tools, color proof and shared technical sheets. Each batch is tested on real fabric with predefined tolerances and attached synthetic report.
5What sustainability and safety standards do you follow?
We prefer materials and inks that comply with international standards (e.g. OEKO-TEX, ZDHC, GOTS) and traceable processes. On request, we integrate compliance documentation useful for audits and retailers.
6Do you manage white-label projects with NDAs?
Yes. We operate on behalf of third parties with NDAs and confidentiality policies. Files and garments remain your property; Access to data is profiled and limited to the project team.
